Single-Seater Racing

As one of the most popular types of racing, single seater racing has cars that are designed for very high speeds and is one of the most popular and most watched sporting events in the world. Single seater racing has car manufacturers from all over the world competing with some of the best cars that they have in some of the best drivers in the world, all vying for the fastest time and on the most grueling tracks that are around.

While the most popular type of single seater racing is the formula 1 series of racing, there are other types of racing all over the world and all over the country which employ all different types of single-seater racing cars including A1 Grand Prix, GP2, formula Renault 3.5, formula 3, and formula Atlantic among many, many others.

There are other types of single seater racing events including kart racing; which has taken on a very different feel in recent years from the go carts of the past. You can also see students at universities doing a single seater racing program called the SAE Formula Student competitions where students will build their own carts and design their own single seater racing machine and race it in competition.

If you would like to learn more about the single seater racing program or if you feel like you may have something to give to the sport yourself then you should definitely find out about getting on a single seater racing program for yourself. One of the easiest ways to do this as a starting college as there are universities all over the world that offer this SAE program that you can join up with but if you're your local college or university doesn't have the program and maybe you can see if the neighboring university are one and the same university system has won a you can be a part of. If you go to a school in a major city you may have to go to an outlying suburb to find a university that supports this kind of a program but it may actually end up being a much smaller college that has the program because they have access to the space and the tracks as well as the interest of the students out there.

You need to be careful when you are doing single seater racing because you could injure yourself very much.
